Pilot access
Access is limited to invited users and may be changed or discontinued while the product is being evaluated. You are responsible for authorized use of your workspace and for keeping account credentials secure.
No secret custody
You must not submit passwords, API keys, tokens, private keys, certificate bodies, recovery codes, or other secret values. Continue to store and rotate credentials in the provider or vault that issued them.
Your data
You retain rights to information submitted to your workspace and grant KeyGuardRail permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for having authority to submit it.
Acceptable use
Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, introduce malicious material, use the service unlawfully, or attempt to access another workspace. Good-faith security reports should be sent to security@keyguardrail.com.
Pilot limitations
The pilot is provided for evaluation and may contain defects or change without notice. KeyGuardRail does not replace your vault, incident-response process, provider controls, or independent security judgment. Do not rely on the pilot as the sole mechanism preventing credential expiry.
Ending participation
You may leave the pilot by contacting us. We may suspend access to protect the service, other users, or the integrity of the pilot. Data deletion remains subject to documented audit and backup retention windows.
