Private pilot

Start with a real inventory, not a contract.

The private pilot has no payment requirement. You bring the credentials your team already manages; we help you make ownership, expiry dates and rotation work visible, and stay involved while you do it.

How it starts

Four steps, no surprises.

You apply

A short form with business details, and the lifecycle problem you want to fix first if you already know it. Reviewed by a person.

We reply about fit

We answer by email and, if it looks like a fit, agree what onboarding will cover. There is no automated approval step.

Workspace and invitation

We provision the workspace and send the owner an invitation to set a password and enable multi-factor authentication.

Onboarding and use

Your inventory is imported, owners are assigned, and alert delivery is verified so the first real deadline is visible.

What the pilot includes

Everything needed for a first honest inventory.

What you get
  • A workspace on the plan whose capacity you asked for: Free 25, Starter 250 or Growth 2,000 credentials
  • CSV import and export, so your inventory is never trapped in the product
  • Owner and member access with TOTP multi-factor authentication and revocable sessions
  • Expiry and rotation alerts by email, with delivery verified during onboarding
  • Actor-attributed audit history for security-relevant changes
  • A direct contact for feedback and problems while you use it
What we ask
  • Metadata only — never password, key, token or certificate values
  • An inventory you actually intend to manage, so the result means something
  • A person who owns rotation and can tell us when the workflow does not fit
  • Honest feedback: a pilot that ends with "this is not our problem" is still a useful result

Your secrets stay in your provider or vault Alert email delivery is verified during onboarding

Questions

What teams ask first.

Is there a cost during the pilot?

No. The private pilot has no payment requirement. Any paid subscription afterwards is a separate decision, and the planned launch prices are published on the pricing page.

What does onboarding involve?

A short kickoff, a CSV import of your inventory using the free template, assigning owners to the credentials that matter, and verifying that alert email reaches the right people. Email delivery is already configured; enabling alerts for a workspace is part of onboarding and workflow verification.

What data do you need from us?

Business details and lifecycle metadata only. Never send passwords, API keys, private keys, tokens, certificate bodies or recovery codes.

Who gets access to the workspace?

We provision the workspace and send the owner an invitation. The owner sets a password, enables multi-factor authentication, and can add members up to the plan member limit.

What are the pilot terms?

Terms such as duration and workspace size are confirmed with you in writing before onboarding begins. Nothing is charged either way while you are in the pilot.

How are applications reviewed?

By a person, not an automated approval. We read each application, reply by email about fit and onboarding, and the application form is kept out of search results.
